3. כינוס וסדרי עבודה של המועצה
המועצה תכונס על ידי היושב ראש לפחות ארבע פעמים בשנה, או לפי דרישת שליש מחבריה; סדרי עבודתה של המועצה ייקבעו על ידיה.
