8. בקשה להענקה שהוגשה באיחור
הגיש ספק או מפיק בקשה להענקה לאחר המועד האמור בתקנה 6, רשאי נציב המים לקבוע אם זכאי המבקש להענקה לשנה עבורה מבוקשת ההענקה וכן יקבע הנציב את שיעור ההענקה הסבירה המגיעה למבקש לאותה שנה ואת מועד תשלומה; אולם מועד זה לא יהיה מאוחר משנת הכספים שלאחר השנה בה הוכרה ההענקה כאמור.
