10. מים מלוחים – פטור מהיטל איזון
על מים שהוגדרו ברשיון הפקה כמים מלוחים לענין מטרות המים השונות על פי קביעת נציב המים, לא יוטל היטל איזון, אלא אם נאמר אחרת בתקנות אלה.
