2. דרך החישוב של עלות המים
(א)חישוב עלות מים, בין עלות ההפקה ובין עלות ההספקה, ייעשה אך ורק בהתאם לתקנות בדבר חישוב עלות מים, המתפרסמות כדין מפעם לפעם, ובכפוף להוראות תקנות אלה.
(ב)עלויות מים שהתקנות בדבר חישוב עלות מים חלות עליהן, יחושבו כפי שיורה נציב המים.
(ג)בעת חישוב הוצאות הפקה או הוצאות הספקה, לענין חישוב עלות המים, לא יובאו בחשבון הוצאות מערכת חלוקת המים.
