7. הצמדת עלויות המים לתעריפי החשמל לשאיבת מים
תיקון: תשמ״ז, תש״ן
הוחלט כדין על שינוי תעריפי החשמל לשאיבת מים, רשאי שר החקלאות לאחר אישור ועדה משותפת של ועדת הכלכלה וועדת הכספים של הכנסת, לקבוע שבמקום עלויות המים הנקובות בתקנות אלה, יבואו עלויות שהן שונות בשיעור של 0.5% לכל 1% של שינוי בתעריפי החשמל לשאיבת מים לעומת תעריפי החשמל לשאיבת מים שהיו בתוקף לפני השינוי בתעריפי החשמל.
