תיקון: תשמ״ז
מפיק או ספק, שקיבלו הודעת חיוב כאמור בתקנה 3, ישלמו את התשלום המיוחד שהוטל עליהם, לא יאוחר מחמישה עשר ימים מהיום שקיבלו את הודעת החיוב.
