6. תשלום מיוחד שנגבה באמצעות תעריף
(א)ספק אשר גבה מצרכניו מחיר מים בהתאם לתעריף שנקבע כדין, הכולל תשלום מיוחד, לא יהיה רשאי לגבות מצרכניו סכום נוסף בשל התשלום המיוחד ששילם הספק או שחוייב לשלמו.
(ב)חוייב הספק בתשלום מיוחד בשל כמות המים שסיפק לצרכן, שהוא גבוה או נמוך יותר מהסכום שנגבה מן הצרכן לפי התעריף, כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאים הספק והצרכן לקזז את התשלומים ביניהם בהתאם לכך.
