8א. הצמדת שיעורי התשלום המיוחד לתעריפי החשמל לשאיבת מים
תיקון: תשל״ט, תש״ם־4, תשמ״ז, תש״ן
הוחלט כדין על שינוי תעריפי החשמל לשאיבת מים, רשאי שר החקלאות, לאחר אישור ועדה משותפת של ועדת הכלכלה וועדת הכספים של הכנסת, לקבוע שבמקום שיעורי התשלום המיוחד, הנקובים בתקנות אלה, יבואו שיעורים שהם שונים בשיעור של 0.5% לכל 1% של שינוי בתעריפי החשמל לשאיבת מים לעומת תעריפי החשמל לשאיבת מים שהיו בתוקף לפני השינוי בתעריפי החשמל.
