1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מפיק“ – אדם המפיק מים מאקוויפר, על פי רשיון הפקה כמשמעותו בסעיף 23 לחוק, בין לצריכה עצמית ובין להספקה לאחרים;
”מים שפירים“ – מים שהוגדרו ככאלה ברשיון ההפקה.
