4. תחילה והוראת שעה
תיקון: תשס״א
(א)תחילתה של תקנה 2 ביום ו׳ בטבת התשס״א (1 בינואר 2001) או במועד אישור התכנית, לפי המאוחר, ועד אותו מועד יחולו היטלי הפקה אלה:
(1)מאקוויפר החוף –

| (2) תעשיה | 38.22 |
| (3) חקלאות | 35.00 |
(2)מאקוויפר שאינו אקוויפר החוף – לכל מטרת צריכה, סכום של 25.00 אג׳ למטר מעוקב.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”אישור התכנית“ – אישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת לתקצוב תכנית של משרדי החקלאות והאוצר לייעד תמורות הנובעות מייקור המים לתמיכה ולהשקעה בחקלאות.
(ג)הוראות תקנה 3 יחולו גם על היטלים לפי תקנה זו.
