3. תגובת הצדדים
(א)הומצאה לצדדים האחרים בתיק ההליך הודעה בדבר תחולת הוראות החוק, רשאים הם, תוך 15 ימים מיום ההמצאה, למסור למי שבפניו מתנהל ההליך את תגובתם, בכתב, לענין קיום התנאים להפסקת ההליך; כתב התגובה יימסר במספר עותקים כמספר הנושים והחייבים בתיק בתוספת עותק אחד.
(ב)מי שבפניו מתנהל ההליך רשאי, על פי בקשת צד, לתת לו הזדמנות לטעון טענות נוספות בעל פה, וכן רשאי הוא להחליט לאלתר על יסוד כתבי ההודעה והתגובה שבפניו.
