10. התאמת הנתונים שבספרי האגודה
סבר המשקם כי ספרי האגודה אינם משקפים כראוי את מצב עסקיה או שאין לאגודה מאזנים מבוקרים לתקופה רלוונטית, רשאי הוא לבצע את ההתאמות הנדרשות בנתונים מתוך ספרי האגודה, או מכל מקור אחר – אם אין לאגודה ספרים, ולעדכן אותם לתקופה הרלוונטית, כפי שייראה לו דרוש לצורך קביעת כושר ההחזר שלה.
