Section 2 of תקנות הסדרים במגזר החקלאי המשפחתי (כללים לקביעת כושר ההחזר של גורם חקלאי), התשנ״ד–1994, חישוב כושר החזר שנתי של גורם חקלאי.
2. חישוב כושר החזר שנתי של גורם חקלאי
(א)כושר ההחזר של גורם חקלאי ייקבע בחישוב שנתי.
(ב)חישוב כושר ההחזר השנתי של גורם חקלאי ייעשה לפי ההפרש שבין הכנסותיו השנתיות המחושבות לפי תקנות אלה לבין הוצאותיו השנתיות המחושבות לפיהן.
(ג)קבע המשקם כי יש לממש נכסים של גורם חקלאי בהתאם לקבוע בחוק יותאמו ההכנסות וההוצאות שחושבו לפי תקנות 5, 6, 7 ו־8 כמתחייב.
