1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מכון מים“ – מיתקן המשמש לשאיבת מים עיליים או להטייתם מאפיקם הטבעי, לרבות כל מבנה, תעלה או סכר ולמעט מיתקן הפקה או הטיה ממערכות חלוקת מים הנמצאות ברשותו של אדם המשתמש במים כדין.
