11. הודעה על שינויים
(א)מי שניתנה לו תעודת רישום יודיע לנציב המים על כל שינוי במצבו של מכון המים במידה שיש בו שינוי לגבי הפרטים הכלולים בתעודה, תוך שבעה ימים מיום בו חל השינוי כאמור.
(ב)הודעה לפי תקנת משנה (א) דינה כדין בקשה לפי תקנה 7.
