9. תיקון הבקשה
(א)מצא נציב המים שהפרטים בבקשה אינם נכונים, ידרוש מהמבקש בכתב לתקן את הבקשה בהתאם לדרישתו או למסור לו פרטים נוספים ונכונים על אלה שבבקשה, תוך תקופה שנקבעה בדרישה, ובלבד שלא תפחת מעשרה ימים.
(ב)תיקן המבקש את הבקשה או מסר פרטים נוספים בהתאם לדרישת נציב המים, יתן לו נציב המים תעודת רישום.
(ג)מצא נציב המים כי המכון לא הותקן בהתאם לתנאי רשיון ההקמה שהוצא לו, רשאי הוא לסרב לתת תעודת רישום.
