1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מאזן“ – מאזן מאושר של גורם חקלאי, ובהיעדרו – המאזן המבוקר שלו;
”מועד קובע“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)יום י׳ בטבת התשמ״ז (31 בדצמבר 1987);
(2)יום כ״ד בטבת התשנ״ב (31 בדצמבר 1991).
