12. תחולת דינים
על החלטות המשקם או ראש ההוצאה לפועל, וכן על פעולות של מי שנקבע כבעל תפקיד או כונס נכסים, הכל לפי תקנות אלה, יחולו הוראות סעיף 80 לחוק ההוצאה לפועל, בשינויים המחויבים.
