7. עיכוב הליכי מימוש
הובא לידיעת המשקם, כי הוגשה לבית משפט בקשה בענין הנוגע לבעלות החייב על נכס מקרקעין או מיטלטלין, רשאי הוא להורות על עיכוב מימוש הנכס שלגביו הוגשה בקשה כאמור, וכן רשאי הוא להורות על עיכוב הליכי מימוש אם הוחל בהם, עד למתן פסק דין בבקשה.
