1. רישומים
(א)רישום בפנקס, בכרטסת, בדו״ח, בטופס שנקבע או ברשומה כיוצא באלה, המתנהלים על פי חיקוק (להלן – ספר), ייעשה על יסוד מסמכים נאותים.
(ב)ספר ינוהל לפי סדר כרונולוגי.
(ג)אין לפסוח על שורה או עמוד בספר, במסמך או בתעודה שיש להוציאם על פי חיקוק (בתקנות אלה – תעודה חקוקה), אלא אם הועבר קו על פני השורה או העמוד.
