20. בחינות בעל פה ובכתב
הבחינות ייערכו בכתב או בעל פה או גם בכתב וגם בעל פה, הכל כפי שיקבע המנהל, דרך כלל, לבחינה מסויימת, לנושא מסויים או לנבחן מסויים.
