עמד אדם בבחינה מסויימת לא יידרש, לענין תקנות אלה, לעמוד בבחינה באותו נושא פעם נוספת אם הורחב תחום עיסוקו של סוכן מכס או החליף פקיד רשוי את מקום עבודתו וכיוצא בזה.
