4. רישום החלטת המנהל
(א)החליט המנהל על רישומו של אדם כסוכן מכס, ירשום החלטתו על גבי טופס הבקשה ויחתום עליו.
(ב)רישום בפנקס ייעשה על יסוד החלטת המנהל לפי תקנת משנה (א).
(ג)החליט המנהל לסרב רישומו של אדם, ישלח אליו הודעה מנומקת על כך.
