44. אישור תשלום אגרה
(א)תשלום אגרה כאמור על ידי סוכן מכס שהוא יחיד או על ידי פקיד רשוי יאושר בחותמת שיורה עליה המנהל שתוטבע בכרטיס הזיהוי.
(ב)תשלום אגרה כאמור על ידי סוכן מכס שהוא תאגיד יאושר על ידי קבלה; הקבלה תישמר עד למועד התשלום הבא של האגרה שיש לשלמה.
