6. רישומים בפנקס
(א)המנהל יטיל על אחד מבין עובדי משרדו את ניהול הפנקס ותפקידים אחרים לפי תקנות אלה (להלן – הרשם).
(ב)הרשם יחתום בפנקס לצדו של כל רישום.
