2. חישוב במחיר נמוך
(א)נותן שירות שברצונו לקבוע, במהלך הרגיל של העסקים או משלח־היד, מחיר נמוך מן התמורה המלאה המשתלמת כרגיל בעד אותו שירות, יודיע על כך למנהל בטופס המפורט בתוספת הראשונה.
(ב)נותן שירות לא יחשב את המחיר כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) אלא לאחר שאישר לו המנהל מחיר זה.
