5. מועד תשלום ודיווח
תיקון: תשנ״ט־2, תשס״ד
(א)מועד התשלום של דמי ביטוח בריאות בידי צבא הגנה לישראל לפי תקנה 3 הוא מועד התשלום החל לגבי עובד לפי סעיף 353 לחוק הביטוח הלאומי.
(ב)במועד האמור יגיש צבא הגנה לישראל למוסד דו״ח בהתאם להסדרים שייקבעו בין צבא הגנה לישראל לבין המוסד.
