בתקנות אלה –
”נציבות“ – נציבות המים, הקריה, תל־אביב־יפו;
”שלט“ – שלט שעליו המלים ”מדינת ישראל – מפקד המים“ והמספר הארצי שניתן לבאר או למכון מים על ידי נציב המים.
