3. מועד התקנה
מי שהתחיל להפיק מים כאמור בתקנה 2 לפני יום פרסום תקנות אלה ברשומות (להלן – יום הפרסום), יתקין כאמור שלט תוך 15 יום מיום הפרסום. מי שהתחיל להפיק מים כאמור אחרי יום הפרסום, יתקין כאמור שלט תוך 15 יום מיום התחלת ההפקה.
