13. התנגדות לרישום
מי שרואה עצמו נפגע על ידי הרישום בפנקס המים כאמור בתקנה 12, רשאי תוך שלושים יום מיום קבלת ההודעה והנחתה כאמור, להגיש לנציב המים התנגדות מנומקת בכתב.
