15. דחיית ההתנגדות
החליט נציב המים שפרטי ההתנגדות אינם נכונים, אינם ניתנים לאימות או פוגעים בספק או בצרכן אחר שנרשמו בפנקס המים, יודיע על כך למתנגד וינמק את החלטתו.
