12. תסקיר
(א)ספק חייב להגיש לנציב תסקיר חדשי על ביצוע תכנית ההתקנה בהתאם למיפרט שנקבע על ידי הנציב.
(ב)הנציב רשאי לדרוש פרטים נוספים על אלה שבמיפרט.
