14ב. איסור לשנות שמו ואיכותו של משקה משכר
תיקון: תש״ט־2
(א)אין לשנות תו הנזכר בתקנה 14א או פרט מפרטיו לאחר שהמשקה המשכר הוצא מבית עסקו של חרשתן; ומשקה משכר שהובא מחוץ לארץ אין לפרש בתו האמור שם שונה או תיאור שונה מן השם או התיאור שבו היה המשקה ידוע ברגע שהגיע למדינה.
(ב)[צ״ל: אין] לעשות במשקה משכר כזה כל פעולה שהיא ייצור משקה משכר לפי תקנות אלה.
