15א. מתן תעודה
תיקון: תשי״ד־2, תשל״ג
נמסרה הודעה כאמור בתקנה 15(1), רשאי המנהל או פקיד שהוא הרשה לכך או המנהל הכללי של משרד המסחר והתעשיה או אדם שהוא הרשה לכך להעיד בתעודה חתומה בידו על סוג המשקה, גילו, חריפותו, ארץ מוצאו, כמותו, המספר והנפח של כלי קיבולו ואופן אריזתו.
