6. שעת הייצור
(1)ייצורם של ליקורים תוססים יתחיל משעה שמכינים את החמרים ושמים אותם בכלי תסיסה לשם תסיסה, ומאז תחול חובת תשלום המס.
(2)ייצורם של ספירטים יתחיל משעה שהחמרים ניתנים במשרפות והם מוכנים לזקוק, ומאז תחול חובת תשלום המס.
