4. הגשת תכנית התקנה
תיקון: תש״ך
(א)ספק יגיש לנציב תוך ששים יום מיום פרסום צו זה ברשומות תכנית התקנה ויציין בה את –
(1)מספר מדי־המים שיש להתקינם;
(2)מועדי ביצוע ושלביהם;
(3)האזורים והמקומות בהם יש להתקין מדי־מים.
(ב)הנציב רשאי לדרוש בכל עת פרטים נוספים על אלה הכלולים בתכנית ההתקנה.
