13. המשתמשים בכהילים מפוגלים לצרכי תעשיה
תיקון: תשכ״ג
(1)המבקש רשות לקבל כהילים מפוגלים לצרכי תעשיה עליו לפרט את המטרה המיוחדת שלשמה ישמש הספירט, את הכמות שהוא עומד להשתמש בה מדי שנה בשנה, ושאר פרטים שהמנהל ידרוש לפרטם.
(2)הכהילים המפוגלים לצרכי־תעשיה ישמשו למטרה המורשית ולא לשום מטרה אחרת זולתה.
(3)אסור להספיק כהילים מפוגלים לצרכי־תעשיה לעושי משקאות משכרים, לסוחרים או למוכרים זעירים של משקאות משכרים.
