15. תשלום מס
תיקון: תשכ״ג
(1)מס האסייז שיש לשלמו בקשר עם הכהילים המפוגלים יוטל על הכמות הממשית של הכהילים המפוגלים ולא יוטל על החמרים המשמשים לפיגול.
(2)המס ישולם סמוך להתחלת הפיגול.
