תיקון: תשמ״ו־2
בעל רכב הזכאי לשלם את ההיטל בארבעה שיעורים, שישלם את ההיטל לגבי התקופה הנוספת בתשלום אחד עד כ״ח בחשון התשמ״ז (1 בדצמבר 1986), זכאי להנחה בשיעור של 15% מסכום ההיטל.
