תיקון: תשכ״ג
המבקש הנחה מן הבלו לפי תקנות אלה (להלן – המבקש) יוכיח להנחת דעתו של המנהל כי הטובין המכילים כהילים מפוגלים יוצרו ויוצאו על ידיו או כי הכהילים המפוגלים יוצאו בכמות שיוצרו, וימציא אישורים על יצואם שניתנו על ידי גובה המכס בנמל היצוא.
