10. תסקיר
(א)קיבוץ חייב להגיש לנציב תסקיר חדשי על ביצוע תכנית ההתקנה בהתאם למיפרט שנקבע על ידי הנציב.
(ב)הנציב רשאי לדרוש המצאת פרטים נוספים על אלה שבמיפרט.
