2. התקנת מדי־מים בקיבוץ
(א)קיבוץ יתקין בתחומיו מדי־מים המודדים את צריכת המים הביתית ואת צריכת המים התעשייתית, בהתאם לתכנית שתאושר או תוכן על ידי הנציב.
(ב)הנציב רשאי להורות לקיבוץ למדוד באופן נפרד כל שימוש במים במסגרת צריכת המים הביתית.
(ג)הורה הנציב כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב), יתקין הקיבוץ מדי־מים המודדים באופן נפרד את השימושים השונים במים במסגרת צריכת המים הביתית, בהתאם להוראות הנציב.
