2. תנאים להכנסת דבורים מחו״ל
תיקון: תש״ח
(1)אין להכניס מחו״ל דבורים או מלכות אלא אם כן הובאו אלה תחלה לבקורת למשרדי משרד החקלאות [במקור: מחלקת החקלאות והיערות] בירושלים, חיפה או יפו, והמפקח התיר את הכנסתן כדבורים הנקיות לגמרי מכל מחלה מדבקת.
(2)תעודה מאת הרשות בת־הסמך של הארץ שממנה הובאו הדבורים תוגש לשם הוכחה שמלאו אחרי הוראות סעיף 7(3) של פקודת מחלות הדבורים.
