12. קביעת מועד לשמיעת הערר
לא ויתרו בעלי הדין כאמור בתקנה 11, או החליט יושב ראש הועדה להזמין את בעלי הדין, יקבע יושב ראש הועדה מועד לשמיעת הערר וישלח הזמנות לעורר ולמשיב ובלבד שההזמנה תימסר לבעלי הדין שבעה ימים לפחות לפני מועד השמיעה.
