18. החלטת הועדה
תיקון: תשל״ב
(א)החלטת הועדה תיערך בכתב מיד עם תום שמיעת הערר ותיחתם ביד היושב ראש וחברי הועדה.
(ב)העתק ההחלטה מאושר ביד היושב ראש יישלח בדואר רשום לעורר ולמשיב סמוך ככל האפשר למתן ההחלטה.
(ג)הנימוקים להחלטת הועדה יירשמו תוך ששים יום ממתן ההחלטה; העתק מהחלטת הועדה הכוללת את נימוקיה יישלח בדואר רשום לעורר ולמשיב.
