3. מועד תשלום המס
(א)סוחר שלגבי הסחורה שבידו ניתן צו, ישלם את המס החל על אותה סחורה תוך 30 יום מיום תחילת תקפו של הצו.
(ב)המנהל רשאי במקרים ובתנאים הנראים לו לדחות את תשלום המס למועד שיקבע.
