16. הפסקת פעילות באזור או צמצומה
רשאי גובה המכס להפסיק או לצמצם באזור כל טעינה, פריקה, קבלה או מסירה של טובין וכן כל פעולה אחרת בטובין, אם לדעתו עשויות אותן פעולות לפגוע בסמכויותיה של רשות המכס הנתונות לה בסעיף 26 לחוק.
