3. פטור או הנחה ממס רווח הון
(א)מיזם מורשה באזור יהא פטור ממס רווח הון על הסכום האינפלציוני.
(ב)מכירת זכות במיזם מורשה באזור בידי תושב חוץ שרכישתה היתה במטבע חוץ, פטורה ממס רווח הון.
