5. מניעת כפל הטבות
(א)מיום תחילתן של תקנות אלה לא יחולו הוראות תקנות אזורי נמל חפשיים (פטור ממסים), התשל״ב–1972, על מיזם מורשה באזור.
(ב)מיזם מורשה באזור שאושר לפי סעיף 16 לחוק זכאי לפטורים ולהנחות ממס המוענקים לפי תקנות אלה ואינם מוענקים מכוח סעיף 16 האמור.
