אדם שהוכיח להנחת דעתו של פקיד השומה, כי הוא זכאי להנחה לפי תקנות אלה, יפטור אותו פקיד השומה מתשלום לפי סעיפים 174 עד 181 לפקודה, כולו או מקצתו.
